Shoot for Iranian flick ‘Mahoor’ reaches last stop

Shoot for Iranian film ‘Mahoor’ directed by Hamid Zargarnejad has concluded on March 12 in the southern parts of Iran.

The film’s producer Alireza Jalali told the media on Wednesday that ‘Mahoor’ will be definintely ready to screen before the beginning of the 35th Fajr International Film Festival.

“However, a decision is yet-to-be made concerning the particiapation of the film in this year’s FIFF”, Jalali added.

The film depicts the story of a border village in Iran where people have a strange local custom.

‘Mahoor’ features actors such as Kamran Tafti, Bahareh Kian Afshar, Dariush Arjmand, Saeed Aghakhani, Mitra Hajjar, Ali Osivand and Yusef Moradian.
